Man depends on animals, largely for food and work. Livestock are important in supporting the livelihoods of livestock keepers, traders and laborers throughout the developing world. Diseases affecting livestock can have a devastating impact on animal productivity and production, on human health and consequently on the overall process of economic development. Its platform – Nature Power Balance (NPB), is based on the principle of ‘natural co-existence’, where different species of beneficial microbes synergistically work to balance the ecology. NPB helps IEC’s poultry industry stakeholders to keep their mortality rates below two percent, maintain slaughtering efficiency above 75 percent, reduce and
recover from CRD, achieve FCR of 1.5, and avoid biofilm altogether in all water feeding systems. Also, it helps stakeholders in animal husbandry industry to reduce their medical expenses, increase the milk/fat production in cattle, prevent & cure dermal infections, improve herd management, mitigating & curing the occurrence of prolapse in cattle and reinstate estrus period (heat) in cattle.

The company follows OMRI recommended list of ingredients and has its products certified by EcoCert. Besides deploying in-house quality check protocols, it also employs third party analytical services. IEC’s emphasis on providing realistic solutions empowers the organization to sustain the adversities of the production environments of cattle or poultry farms.
